Elderberry (Sambucus Nigra) is a plant known for its broad spectrum of properties that strengthen the body in order to treat the symptoms of the common cold, flu, fever and upper respiratory infections.
HOW TO USE
Recommended daily intake:
- Shake well before use
- Children 1-12 years: 1 dose of 5ml a day (1 teaspoonful)
- Adults and children over 12 years: 1 dose of 10ml a day (2 teaspoonfuls)
