You have the right to return any or all of your order products within 14 calendar days of the date you received them. However, certain rules apply:
- You have the obligation to fill out the product return form here to request Refund Approval Number.
- You must hold the notice of payment proving the transaction (retail receipt, sales invoice).
- Products must be in the perfect condition in which you received them, their package not opened or any protection cover unsealed and not used.
Ways of returning products
- In our natural store:
You can visit our pharmacy where our staff will check the condition of the product and will assist you. If you wish to replace or change the product with another one, we advise you to contact our store before to confirm the availability of the new product.
- Shipping products:
First you complete the special product return form available here.Then you pack the products in the box you received with the purchase receipt and wait for us to contact you. We will notify our shipping company to receive the parcel from your place.
After returning the products, you will be compensated within 14 calendar days for the amount of your order excluding shipping & return costs of the first order, even if your first order was placed with free shipping, excluding additional costs due to your own choice of delivery method different from what we offer. Exception is the return of an individual product, part of a larger order, to which only the value of the product is credited. Shipping costs are not borne by you and therefore the entire value of your first order is refunded, only if our liability arises from omission or error. We will perform the above refund using the same payment method as the original transaction. If you offer a different refund method than the one you used in the original transaction, you will be charged for any expenses that will be deducted from the amount to be returned. Especially in the case of cash on delivery, it is not possible to refund by the way of payment you used in the original transaction, so the refund will be made by depositing the amount into a bank account that you will indicate us upon agreement.
Returns are not accepted in the following products:
a) products that can be damaged or come to an end soon and refrigerated products. (All baby milk products are not refunded),
b) sealed products which are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery,
c) products manufactured according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized and
d) products which are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other elements.
