Delivery Information

GENERAL INFORMATION
 
Products labeled as "AVAILABLE" are shipped in 1-2 business days from the day your order has occurred.
Products labeled as "OUT OF STOCK" are not available.
 
If your order was submitted but a product is not available, we will inform you via email or telephone about the progress of your order. If any of the product is not available, the waiting time may reach 3-4 working days.
 
Shipping is taking place working days between 10:00 and 17:00.
 
All our prices include VAT. Upon completion of your order a confirmation email with the analysis of your order is automatically sent. Products labeled as “REFRIGERATOR PRODUCT” are not sent outside the Prefecture of Thessaloniki for safety and proper maintenance reasons.
